We have an inheritance, a gift. It is our responsibility to care for it in the present and not wait, thereby relinquishing our responsibility now. We must cherish and appreciate it, not plunder and pillage. #takeresponsibility. Anything else would be like receiving a gift, throwing it in the trash, piling more trash on top, and then asking the gift giver to dig the gift back out of the tras...h at a later point in time. The earth is our jewel that is a life giving gift and we must cherish it now.

This week, I spent 24 hours remote up in the mountains. The internal vibrations that pain me stopped for the duration. As my husband of 20 years rested and sat in mostly silence, we took in the earth around us. Then, as we approached civilization again, the pain returns. I am also notified of the intent to poison our population with toxins that have not been tested on pollinators as "vector control". My bees are in danger, our pollinators are in danger, and we are on danger. Have we humans removed ourselves so far from where we belong that we cannot see how we are killing everything around us? Can we not see the ripples creating waves of destruction? Why won't we turn back before the tipping point or have we already reached it? We have squandered our inheritance in the name of progress. Hopefully the earth will heal after we have destroyed it.
