Message: I recommend that people learn about the benefits of wild foods instead of killing them. Stinging nettle is high in quercetin and is more nutritious that spinach and kale combined. When cooked or dried, it loses its stinging power. Here is a study on the effects of dietary quercetin on diabetic symptoms and liver health. Quote: "Dietary quercetin might improve liver and pancreas functions by enabling the recovery of cell proliferation." Also, I have linked to a list of foods with naturally occurring Quercetin. http://ift.tt/2D29lPd http://ift.tt/2Fh8vEs
